Rishta Baji ("we", "us", "our") operates the Rishta Baji mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our app.
When you create an account we collect your name, age, gender, and city. During onboarding we collect a short liveness video to verify you are a real person. Through conversations with Baji Meher (our AI assistant), we build a personality profile based on your responses.
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers. Conversation history and profile data are encrypted in transit. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.

We share the minimum information necessary with these providers to deliver the service. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, all conversation history, profile data, and liveness recordings will be permanently removed.
Our app is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
